CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hour cancellation notice is required for all spa appointments. I understand emergencies happen, and will absolutely address as necessary. But if you cancel within less than 48 hours notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. (This means, the full amount of the service that was booked). I greatly appreciate your understanding and look forward to our continued time together.
